| The field station is a perfect place for those who like to have a little more contact with nature. It is located in the southeast corner of the Reserve, 7km (4.35 mi.) or a 30-minute drive from the downtown area of La Virgen, the nearest town to TRC, via an unpaved road accessible throughout the year. The field station is a 50-minute hike through natural trails to the TRC main offices.
