In this laid back Reggae village, MAGELLAN INN gives the feeling of being lost on an island paradise, where the rest of the world has disappeared and only peace and beauty remain. The village of Cahuita (2 km. away) offers an exciting and colourful mixture of Caribbean Roots and Reggae night-life. The area offers three beautiful beaches ; White Beach, Black beach and Big Beach, the closest being 200 mtrs. away from the hotel. CAHUITA National Park, white beaches and crystalline blue waters. The coral reef is great for snorkeling where one can see a multitude of unbelievable colours of fish and variety of different plant and marine life. The walk through the park, on its sandy trails, under the shade of giant coniferous trees and coconut trees, gives you the opportunity to see and observe the howler and white-faced monkeys as well as sloths, iguanas, toucans etc...
