The not crowded Santa Teresa beach offers the perfect surfing conditions to learn and enjoy safe surfing on the north and the south on the beach. The water is always warm and the waves are always big enough. Here you can rent boards and order surfing-lessons.
The open-air restaurant serves breakfast and dinner with specialties like fish, shrimp sushi, meat or veggie pizzas as well as pastas and chicken. Further up the hill you'll have a beautiful few over the ocean and a hilltop swimming pool.

Oasis is a small, cozy and exclusive hotel located in the center of Malpais, close to supermarkets, bars and restaurants. To the beach it is only a 5 minutes walk and you are on famous Playa Carmen, one of the best surf spots of the area. |
