The nearly private beach is also a terrific place to unwind and collect seashells. Tamarindo, a town featured in the surfing movie Endless Summer II is just across the estuary. We are on the Tamarindo estuary (where the Pacific ocean extends inland to meet the mouth of the Rio Matapalo) and about a 5 minute walk to the beach.
Our own restaurant and bar, the Great Waltini's, features a full bar and a simple to sumptuous menu. Our mood is casual, friendly elegance with attention to detail and service.
All guest rooms have the following amenities: King-size orthopedic bed, Private bath with shower, Air-conditioning, Ceiling fans, Mini-Refrigerator, In-Room Safe, Coffee maker with complimentary coffee, Continental or Tropical breakfast included, Decorated with native art and pottery.
Rooms with cable TV available upon request, subject to availability. These rooms also have DVD/CD player.
