The home is openly designed for maximum ventilation with large windows and ceiling fans throughout. There are views from every room of either the ocean, jungle, or both.
The first floor includes a large, American-style, fully-equipped kitchen, big counters with bar stools, dining table and chairs, plus a TV area with large comfortable sofa-beds. A bedroom and full bathroom are also on the first floor. The bathroom includes a shower/bathtub combo. A laundry room with washer and dryer is also on the first floor. The giant master suite consists of the entire second story where you find a vaulted ceiling and floor made of dark tropical hardwoods. There are two beds, two sofa beds, a large coffee table, two large reading chairs, an entertainment center with satellite TV, stereo, and VCR. The bathroom has two sinks, a huge shower, plus a separate Jacuzzi bathtub. Also, there is a large outdoor patio.
